In order to allow you to explore the full potential of De Dietrich appliances, we invite you to join a selective group of chefs, to create culinary delights at any of the following exclusive De Dietrich appointed culinary studios:

Coriander Leaf

Welcome to Coriander Leaf's cooking studio, where we teach South Asian, South East Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and fusion cooking. We design menus that provide you with a strong grounding in each cuisine. In this way, you learn specific dishes as well as the insights and techniques necessary to start becoming an insider in the cuisines of Asia! We emphasize home cooking and stick mainly to dishes you can replicate at home. Our studio, equipped with home cooking appliances, reinforces our commitment to teaching you something you will incorporate into your standard repertoire.

We make cooking fun with groups of up to ten students. You can put together your own group of students or join our scheduled classes. Each class presents an integrated menu that you can prepare at home rather than a random selection of dishes.

After taking you through the cooking class, we guide you on food and table presentation - how you can fuse Asian and Western presentation style to add even more flair to your meals! Finally, the whole group sits down to an enjoyable meal to recap and savor the food. As part of our service, we also make available for sale the more exotic spices and ingredients you may need to immediately start your culinary journey.
